"Overall, SteelSecurity looks like something every gamer must have. It eliminates the load on the CPU when ingame, you have a great antivirus that monitors both system and mails, an excellent antivirus to protect you from any harm, even during games. Apart from that there is also the ability of fine-tuning your SteelSecurity to your taste and of course the backup space. The interface is very simple, making it a no-nonsense program, easy to navigate and easy to use for both beginner and expert users."
"What makes SteelSecurity good is that it just gets on with the job, bothering you as little as possible, if ever. There's just about everything in the package that you could want as a gamer. How about one package, one disk, that just does it all for you. You install it and then promptly forget about it. How about a package that just gets on with the job you bought it for and even helps you protect you data? That's exactly what SteelSecurity does. So next time your subscription for Norton comes up, or if you're thinking of a reinstall, I'd recommend having a look at SteelSecurity, it really is an intentionally understated masterpiece"

"The SteelSecurity suite left me with a solid impression by the time I was done testing it. It eliminates the need to run many individual CPU and memory intensive programs for antivirus protection, backups, spam filtering and a firewall. Uninstall all those and free up the memory and CPU space because this one simple program has moved in to take their places. Don't let it's ease of use deceive you though, SteelSecurity is a powerful program assured to keep you safe and protected in all your online (and offline) endeavours and adventures. So while you're saving the world and running colonies on other planets, no one one this planet will be able to gain access to your computer and give you a virus or do damage."
"Despite me uninstalling any anti-virus and firewall product a long time ago, I plan on buying this product. SteelSeries really did a good job with this by adding many features gamers have long wanted out of their security programs in one easy to use package."
"Underneath all of this is a twelve-month subscription to a firewall, spam filter, backup and anti-virus services too, so what SteelSecurity effectively amounts to is a strong security package that formalizes and draws attention to its toleration of games. It's surprisingly that nobody has really presented such a package this way before, and SteelSecurity undoubtedly hits its target audience exceptionally well. And if the updates keep coming - which we've no reason to doubt - then it's a smashing investment for the online gamer."
