About Team PGSPokerStrategy
On April 8th, 2004, the Polish eSport scene was surprised by an unforeseeable merge. The two most competetive rival multigaming teams on the Polish scene, Aristocracy and Specster, which have been fighting against each other for many years, united their strengths.
At that time the Polish e-sport fans were almost divided equally into two camps, having the supporters of Aristocracy on the one and the fans of Specster on the other hand.
The matches of those two parties have always been very close ones, filled with emotions inside and outside the imaginary battleground. Each of those teams achieved to attend the World Cyber Games in Seoul, Korea, Aristocracy in 2002 and Specster in the successive year. However, they could not field the role of a threatening competitor, the 4th and 5th place at the PG Challenge in the Czech republic and another 5th place at the Intel Cup in Riga aside, on the international gaming scene yet.
After the connection it became obvious the new team was represented by the best Polish players, which & due to the support of the sponsors could compete with the western teams on equal terms.
Soon the Polish Counter-Strike scene has been dominated, leaving others far behind. International successes were to be followed.
