SteelSeries

This weekend some of Europe finest gather up at CeBIT in Hanover, Germany which is the world's largest trade fair showcasing digital IT and telecommunications solutions. Besides the main attraction CeBIT will also host two major eSport events attracting Europe's best Counter-Strike 1.6 teams.

 

One of the tournaments is the Samsung Euro Championship 2007 where 8 teams of Steel are represented. Among others you'll be able to see Pentagram G-Shock, Team NoA, mousesports and SK-Gaming as they take it out for the 1st prize of 15.000 USD.

 

The other event taking place is the Extreme Masters LAN-finals where the total prize sums up to 120.000 USD winners taking almost half of it. Teams of Steel are also widely represented in this tournament as half the teams play with professional gaming gear from SteelSeries.

 

Last but not least we would encourage you all to look by the foxconn booth where you will be able to participate in a SteelSeries shoot-out against players from SK-Gaming and the top German Counter-Strike player Jonas 'Johnny R' Bollack. If you manage to beat one of them we will of course reward you with products such as the SteelSeries S&S and SteelSeries 5H v2.

The Extreme Masters is an eSport tournament made to determine who is the best European players in Warcraft 3 and Counter-Strike 1.6. The finals are played at CeBIT this weekend.
