When you wish to return a product to SteelSeries, you will go thru the following 4 steps;
1. Complete the form on this page.
2. We will e-mail you a RMA number and a return address.
3. You must return the product to the appointed address with the RMA number CLEARLY shown on the package.
4. We will send you an e-mail with a track&trace number when the replacement product is shipped.
